  12. Cash Expense Book

  13. Cheque Expense File

  14. Correspondence of all kinds

  15. Committee Minutes Book

  16. General Body Minutes Book

  17. Insurance File

  18. Individual Members File

  19. Structural Audit Report file

  20. Inward / Outward of all Complaints and Suggestion file.
